Mantle Monday - 10 12 26

Happy Monday! I hope you’re having a great start to your week. I wanted to encourage you this week to be solely reliant on the Lord. We lack nothing because of Him. As men, it’s so easy to try to do everything on our own. We are wired to want to fix things, not read instruction manuals, and ultimately try to save the day, especially in our own families. My encouragement for you this week is to Let Go and Let God, fully trusting in Him. “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John‬ ‭16‬:‭33‬ ‭NIV‬‬ “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” James‬ ‭1‬:‭2‬-‭4‬ ‭NIV‬‬ I’m not sure what your trials look like right now or maybe this “season” of life has just been tough. I’m right there with you. I’m reminded through these verses that God is good and through our Faith he will do mighty work. My prayer is that whatever you’re facing you’ll face it with bold faith knowing God always provides, his plans are always good, and he wastes nothing. Whatever you’re facing this week, shift your mindset to focusing on seeing God work and how God can use your to witness to others. I encourage you to lead boldly and confidently, not because you have it all figured out, but because you know the One who does. God is good. God is for you. God is with you. God loves you.
