Happy Monday, gentlemen! I wanted to encourage you this week to lead with such bold trust in the Lord that fear or doubt never settle in your mind. God gives us the strength to tackle the week ahead. “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭41‬:‭10‬ ‭NIV‬‬ I don’t know what you’re facing or what season you’re walking through, but I know as guys we constantly have a strain to perform, not let anyone down, or be a perfect leader. Honestly - it’s hard to not feel drained, alone, or at times completely defeated. My challenge for you this week is to know God is good. Know God helps and strengthens you. Know that we aren’t meant to solely lead on our own. The most effective leader we could ever be, is a leader who has fully submitted to God and relies on His strength. Keep showing up.
